1. Scope. This policy applies to all interactions with smilestrategy.ae and any consultation delivered by SSC.

2. Data we collect. Contact details, appointment history, and — with explicit consent — clinical records including CBCT, photographs, and treatment history.

3. Storage. Clinical data is stored on encrypted, UAE-resident servers compliant with DHA Health Data Law No. (26) of 2015.

4. Sharing. We share your records only with clinicians you explicitly authorise. We never sell data.

5. Your rights. You may request access, correction or deletion of your records at any time by emailing privacy@smilestrategy.ae.
